Wayfinding Futures: Weaving Perspectives of Time, Voyaging and Mindfulness

Abstract
Inspired by the practices of indigenous voyagers, this workshop will introduce participants to the Wayfinding Futures Framework, a versatile foresight tool for navigating the foreseeable future and beyond. Following a series of provocations relating to four distinct time horizons, participants will have the opportunity to step into a guided mindfulness practice providing a ‘mindful moment’ of clarity, contentment and a conscious commitment to navigating change, complexity and uncertainty.
