Mō Kā Uri: A participatory approach to community-led future-making

This keynote will share the approaches and tools used to build an intergenerational 25-year tribal vision for Ngāi Tahu 2050. Learn how technology was blended with tradition to create an inclusive, intergenerational dialogue that honoured both ancestral wisdom and future aspirations. Participants will discover practical processes, tools, and methodologies that enabled broad community engagement across age groups. This keynote offers valuable insights into how to approach future-making in a way that centers cultural values and intergenerational responsibility.
